* Oracle DBA
Oracle Database Administration on Unix systems. A good
foundation in Oracle architecture, backup and recovery, performance
and tuning and SQL. Basic knowledge of Unix script writing. General
Competencies:
Serves as contact for questions regarding specific
databases and applications. Develops physical data models and consults
in development of conceptual data models. Designs, develops,
implements, modifies, and maintains physical databases. Investigates
and resolves operational problems. Recommends DBMSs and delivery
platforms; participates in database product and tool evaluations,
procurement, and testing; and develops tools and processes to support
the database administration (DBA) function.
Education and Experience:
Prefer a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS/ IS or
equivalent, and typically 3 or more years' experience as a database
* Java/J2EE Developer
2 years experience implementing web technologies, experience using J2EE
• Three to five years total experience in IT.
• Excellent technical problem solving skills and programming ability
in JAVA. Development experience with, JSP, Servlets, LDAP, Portlets,
EJB, JDBC, SQL, JNDI required. Exposure to application servers such
as WebSphere Portal Server, ATG, or BEA a plus.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of J2EE architecture, EJB, UML,
Patterns/Frameworks, JDBC/ODBC, UML modeling & OOD skills, and J2EE
integration points with external or third party products. Strong understanding
of the MVC pattern or the STRUT framework.
• Experienced in SDLC*s, RUP/XP, UML and Use Case methodologies.
• Competence in at least two of: Windows NT/2000/XP, Solaris, Linux,
AIX, or OS400
• Strong customer facing skills, ability to share knowledge and experience
with other technical team members
• Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic, changing technology environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites to perform consulting
services, moderate overnight travel (50+%) is involved
• Web Services development experience desirable (e.g. XML, SOAP, WSDL,
and UDDI)
• Oracle database administration (SQL, installation, tablespaces,
SQLnet).
• Experience with search engines (Verity, AltaVista, Autonomy, etc.),
analytics (Accrue, BroadBase, etc), transaction processing (CyberSource,
ClearCommerce, etc.) directory services/security (Netegrity, LDAP, Active
Directory) a plus.
• Experience with related/competing technologies a plus: WebSphere Portal
Server, ATG Dynamo, Interwoven, BroadVision, Vignette, eGrail, Documentum,
iPlanet, BEA WebLogic, InterShop, Blue Martini, EpiCentric, PlumTree,
etc.

* Web Developer/ Programmer
Candidate must have an active TS/SCI security clearance. Must have a
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related
Information Technology field (such as computer programming or systems
engineering) and minimum 3 years related experience. Four years of demonstrated
experience may be substituted for a degree. XML and HTML required. Section
508 experience required. DESIRED SKILLS: ColdFusion, Python, PHP, Java,
CVS, Doors, Oracle, Sybase or other SQL database experience desired.
Experience with ISO 9000 and/or Configuration Management desired. Experience
with NGA, experience with advanced web programming. Experience with
ISO 9000 and/or Configuration Management desired. Experience with NGA
digital products and NGA product dissemination.
* Computer Systems design Engineer
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline,
or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of
professional experience; or no experience required with a related
Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
* Senior Business Objects Developer
• Install/configure Business Objects environment
• Knows the different installations architectures, requirements &
configuration methodologies
• Configure high-availability environments with load-balancing and fail-over
• Server configuration parameters, sizing parameters, BCA parameters
and server processes
• Stress/load testing, UATs, validation of the implementation or architecture
• Must: Version XI R2 experience
• Must: Designer, Desktop Intelligence, Web Intelligence, Scheduler,
CMC - Central Management Console, CCM - Central Configuration Manager
• Good to have: Setting Profiles for Report Distribution, Application
Foundation, Business Objects Auditor
• Develop / optimized (OLTP) universes

• Review business requirements and translated them to BO universe/reports

Supervisory Responsibilities (if applicable): Manage the work of a team
of Test Leads and Testers * 5 * 10 direct reports. Responsible for personnel
management of the Circuit City members of the team * goals/objectives,
performance evaluations, hiring, individual development, etc.
Preferred Education and/or Experience : BA/BS preferred. 5+ years
experience in managing teams. Desire experience in managing testing
for large projects/programs in a complex, multi-tiered environment.
Experience testing package applications a plus. Requires previous management
experience.
